What an amazing experience and certainly the highlight of our trip. We booked the private onsen room and it was heaven. This was a lovely and traditional Ryokan. The staff were lovely. Some aspects of the food were amazing and other didn’t quite hit the spot. For example you couldn’t get a coffee with breakfast (even if you chose Western style). The property was a bit “tired” and could do with a facelift especially for the price they charge.
