Ok
The check in staff member wasn’t the friendliest but the keys worked when we got to the room. The bed was ok but the pillows were soft. There wasn’t additional blankets. There was a random long hair on the bathroom shower door. The shower was difficult to navigate because of the high pressure water (not complaining about water pressure) but the floor gets wet. Out of body soap in the shower. The breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about.

This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton hotel. We loved it. It was brand new, very clean and so friendly. The staff was wonderful. The room was awesome. Breakfast was good. The lobby was most impressive. Games, a pool table and very inviting atmosphere With 24 hour coffee available and a very chill, hang out atmosphere. Will definitely stay at Tru again! Also very reasonably priced.

Always happy to stay here!
I can’t say enough how much I love this chain! The design is so functional, with a shelf above the counter in the bathroom, gorgeous showers including a small footrest for shaving, USB-A and C built into the bedside outlet, and USB-A in the alarm clock. There are hooks at the entrance for hanging, so much better than hangers. All staff are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, I wished there were a few more options (need bacon!) and yogurt flavours. There is complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate always available and they have a little shop around the front desk with tons of options for snacks and toiletries. The main level is bright and inviting, and there are board games, a pool table, and magazines available and I’m told the staff will play with guests :) There is lots of comfortable seating and tables, and many seats have outlets built into them. There is a board with recommendations of things to do in the area. The whole space was super clean, my only little complaint was the room floor, when I got out of the shower and stepped onto the tile it was clear they could use some extra TLC as the water from my feet was immediately dirty. The shower drain is also super loud. The bathroom products are heavily scented, so just be aware if you have sensitivities. I like it, but would prefer unscented lotion. Overall it was an amazing stay in line with my previous experiences with this chain and I highly recommend!
