For the money, great. Perfect for a night.
The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and shower hot with good water pressure. The only downside was the thinness of the walls - we could hear everyone coming and going and people speaking in the neighbouring room. The front door was also left ajar every time we came or went, which felt very insecure considering there’s no front desk or staff.

The front door was broken. The room was already rented out when I arrived. No response from the hotel. Three other families could not get into their rooms. I will never stay with anything that has this name. Run the other direction.

The location is decent, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben, etc…but the hotel itself is not a good one: Nobody responds to emails, no way to get code to room to get into the room, old and rickety, the main door was open so anyone could come in, safety was an issue for this….i ended up getting another hotel room as I was not able to get into our room

This property is vile. The beds are broken , the sink leaks , it smells and the doors are unsafe. Nobody comes to clean the bed linen or empty bins. They do not answer their phone and there is no one onsite to support you . Book elsewhere

Regular user of budget hotels. This one is truly awful. Was entirely locked out for one evening, with no support from hotel. Dirty room, no hot water, no towels, no side light, no iron. Awful

Waited outside the property for 4 hours before we left. Because there was trouble with the enterance code Not just us there were a line of people outside with the same problem. They also choose to go to another hotel. This hotel is a scam . Don't book this hotel.

Could not sray so lost our money as could not cope with online check in and no reception. Feel that for older people it is not possible also do not feel safe with no person on site. Phoned day before and did not get any help not happy. Waste of our money.

On the plus side: It was clean. Codes worked. Coffee maker and cups, hangers, towels, looks like photos. Nice location close to Victoria station and some nice restaurants. Minus: very small hard for two people to move around. Ran out of toilet paper and hot water. Couldn’t reach anyone, nobody responded to messages. Some hooks would be nice.

There are no staff on duty. The door to the room "worked" off a keypad. Twice I got locked out of the room despite having filled in all the required online form. Second time I waited two hours to be let in. So I grabbed my bad and left a day early

Property was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after the posted check in time. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum the carpet, front door was busted open 2 days into our stay and not repaired even though I reported it. WiFi didn’t work for several days that we were there. But the worst was NO HOT WATER in the showers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my anyone.

“I do not recommend this accommodation. We arrived an hour earlier than expected. The room was not ready, and we had to wait for cleaning, which only involved changing the bed linens. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed after the previous guest, as shown in the attached photos. The bathroom was shared, though it was advertised as a private bathroom, and anyone could enter because it didn’t have an external lock, which actually happened as we heard. The window couldn’t be opened, and it was noisy. It was a terrible experience.”
