This is a true ho-tel
Wonderful customer service as they fixed a problem they caused with no worries. How ever this is really a community for people not a hotel to vaca no fresh towels only on thursdays the toilet was leaking water in the back bad with no house keeping or maintenance available. Very much worth what we paid for.

This is not a hotel or a motel
I’m only writing this to help others. I’m not sure what kind of Section 8 housing project or halfway house this is - that also rents rooms by the night? This is not a hotel experience at all. The girl checking us in was nice enough although there was no explanation of how the premises was both a hotel and low income housing. All adults checking in must provide ID and the entire place smells like weed. I understand that people need a place to live and I’m not knocking that. The room we were given had obviously been rammed in before to gain entry. It wasn’t that we felt unsafe, but the whole experience made us question whether or not we really wanted to stay. We decided to leave and drove an hour away to find an available room at another hotel.
