Do not stay at this hotel unless you don't care about a cleanliness! Booked a double room (room 16) for a two night stay. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet not clean, tiled walls with dubious stains, sticky floor, absolutely disgusting crud around bottom of shower. Hair in the shower trap, bin dirty, toothpaste down the front of the bathroom cabinet. I work as an Airbnb cleaner and would never wish a guest to experience a bathroom as dirty as this. Bed was uncomfortable, although my husband said he didn't feel it was. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the room next door,...and I mean everything! The guests in the room next door kept us awake all night...a combination of "bedroom athletics", talking and chatting to friends on the phone. Admittedly not the fault of the hotel, but no one around to complain to when this was happening. Decided we couldn't stay another night. Staff VERY unhelpful and no response whatsoever from management when I emailed to complain. Didn't stop for breakfast, as we decided if the rooms were that dirty, then the restaurant probably wasn't much better! Also nowhere in the hotel room did we see any instructions regarding what to do in the event of a fire, which is a legal requirement!

Very nice place. It's near the tube (5 mins walk). The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but stayed the same every day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Ariana for my next trip.

A fine choice for an economic stay

A nice, clean and friendly budget hotel within easy reach to transport links into London. The room was more than an adequate standard. I had a small double which was fine for me. It was clean. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and there was never problems with a good hot shower. The bed was comfortable and there was basic coffee and tea amenities The breakfast was reasonable and was a buffet so you could get a good amount. The hotel restaurant had an interesting and varied menu which I will try next time I stay A couple of small details I mentioned to the owner which can improve the place. This is a good place for the price

Delightful Independent Hotel

The Green Ariana is a beautiful hotel, individual and welcoming. Recently renovated, it is a beautiful environment, with some absolutely stunning features including the light fittings and art. Our room was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was compact but perfectly formed. Everything was pristine. The location is extremely convenient for the underground & overground stations. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise - not the usual spread at all. There was a mixture of cold & hot options, reflecting the culture of the hotel as well as some familiar favourites. My partner particularly enjoyed the Moroccan tea. The only negative thing we would say is that our room was a very long way up! It was absolutely lovely to stay somewhere that wasn't exactly the same as every other hotel.

Accommodation OK - Breakfast Poor

This hotel looks like it has recently been refurbished. My room faced out on to the main road, was opposite a bus depot, and the West Coast main railway line was beyond that. But in spite of this, the room was relatively quiet and was comfortable. Little details were missing, such as a shelf and towel rail in the very small on-suite shower room. And the only seat in the room was splattered with paint from redecorating. These things apart, it was a very acceptable room. Breakfast was the big disappointment. The only cereals provided were cornflakes. The only hot food was "rubber" sausages in tinned chopped tomato, and scrambled egg. There was toast, BUT NO BUTTER! And no artificial sweetener for us diabetics. For £11 this was very poor fare. However, there is a cafe a few doors down the road doing reasonably priced English breakfasts. And Willesden Junction railway station is just a five minute walk away.

The staff were cordial. The breakfast was ok, a standard British breakfast. The room smelled terribly musty, especially in the bathroom. The small electric fan was filthy. We stayed for a week and they never serviced or cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. I won’t stay there again.

Not the worst stay I've had

The staff were nice but the food wasn't great, for breakfast we had chopped up hotdogs in a tomato sauce and scrambled egg that wasn't quite cooked properly, the room had an ant infestation but the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a quick one night somewhere to stay close ish to wembley. But there is room for improvement for sure

Outside our room was a constant noise, sounded like some kind of fan that kept going off and then again all night. We had about 2 hours sleep on and off. It kept us awake that much that at 5am we decided to leave and go home.

The 2 female reception staff were very helpful and polite, but that’s where all the positives end. The toilet seat had pubic hair on it and the toilet seat hinges had congealed urine stains. The shower temperature control knob was so stiff that I had to use a towel to give me greater grip to adjust the water temperature. The “free inclusive” breakfast was probably “free” for a reason. The croissants were quite dry and definitely not fresh. Someone had tried to soften the butter parcels but in so doing, leaked half of the melted butter. The scrambled egg tasted awful and the egg was still raw and very undercooked. The fruits in the very small fruit bowl did not look fresh. The male reception staff in the morning claimed not to know how to operate the coffee machine when asked for an Americano and claimed that they didn’t have Baileys until I pointed out to him on the bar shelf. He wa a complete contrast to the very nice and helpful female staff on duty the previous afternoon. I’m quite baffled how the hotel attained a “Good” rating?Would I go back? No prizes for guessing my answer!
