Good stay, but frustrating check in
Check in was frustrating, we arrived at 3pm - which is the hotels check in time - however were told our room wasn't ready and that it would be 30-60 mins away. Upon waiting 1.5 hours it still wasn't ready, and only after complaining were we given a room. Such a waste of our already limited time & really could have been handled much better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the rooms are very comfortable, large, clean and modern. They could do with more pool areas, or bigger pool areas to accommodate the size of the hotel, but that can be said for most hotels in Vegas.

Very nice hotel
We stayed in a beautiful and comfortable room with a great view of the Strip and fountain. It appeared clean until I found a huge ball of hair in shower. I am going to assume it was just a mistake to miss cleaning the shower because I really want to stay there again.
Jamie E, us2 night family trip
Exceptional 10.0
Loved the service, room, and location at The Cosmo
The service at the Cosmo is incredible. The folks at the front desk were super helpful and made it easy for us to stay in the same room (which we loved) as we booked a second night through Hotels.com (they were able to connect the reservations and in a very friendly/easy way).
Michael, us1 night trip
Poor 2.0
It was a horrible experience. I literally paid for everything myself, all by myself and my parents ruined everything by calling and saying I was kidnapped and trafficked by elitesoc
Tatyana, us1 night business trip
Exceptional 10.0
So worth it to get a terrace fountain view. Morning coffee, or a afternoon beverage before heading out was so nice.
Mark, us3 night trip
