Ideal location but apartment was dated. Though it appears they are doing upgrades. The apartment we stayed in was tired and worn though clean. Also know the second floor apartments are basically just a bit higher than a car roof and there is a parking directly in front of your window, so you have cars before any view. If you like privacy you won’t get it here when blinds open. Still I enjoyed our stay and didn’t regret booking.

The location is probably the best. Steps away to town area where everything is. Street noise is expected, but bearable. Love that there are laundry racks that we could put out in our living area to dry our laundry. Bedrooms are fairly small but living area is big. Toilets seem recently refurbished. Nice and clean! We had a week at The Waterfront. The location was great however traffic and construction noise was an issue. Beautiful views to the lake and Remarkable mountains was something special. Balcony is very small and only big enough for 2 people to stand on. Room itself was above average but it was starting to show its age. Enjoyed our stay here. We had a hire car so having parking was important and was free (they have some secure underground as well as outdoor). We had the one bedroom apartment, everything was clean and with a big kitchen with oven and microwave. Lounge room was excellent and a lovely view out the big windows. It was a short walk into the main area of Queenstown which was excellent not to have to drive everywhere.
