The hotel is very nice, but the rooms are super tiny. Also, the bed was not comfortable and I felt like it had bedbugs. We paid $200 a night for the room so I guess you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay very much, beginning with Claudine at the front desk. She was warm and welcoming and remembered repeat guests. Very comfortable room and great area to relax on hammocks or loungers on the side by the water which was just outside our room.

Really lovely room with beachy decor. Very clean but we did not get maid service even after asking for it. The patio was very nice but upon sitting out with snacks we were immediately visited by iguanas including one over 3 ft. Long. Pool was very nice. Enjoyed being able to sit at bar and have lunch by the pool. Overall a good experience.

Ibis is a good location. The place was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly. The place is very dated, needs some modifications. The breakfast was subpar. Get a better breakfast at holiday inn. The pool and little beach area was clean and very nice. Bed was awful, to hard. Cheap pillows. No microwave or iron in the room. It could be a really nice place to stay, owners cutting corners on the wrong things.

Very friendly staff!!! Resort offers a very reliable shuttle service downtown which we used every day! There is a nice seafood restaurant on the property. You can also book and do fun activities directly at the resort. We would stay again.

The Ibis is a great economical place to stay. The shuttle is right on time and runs all day (8am-10pm). Clean comfortable room. Kinda smallish rooms and shower. Restaurant on site and free parking. It was great.
