Very good place to relax and enjoy the Bali forest. The hotel is very quiet with many activities offered. Villas are very spacious and well decorated. Swimming pools and jacuzzi are amazing. Breakfasts and dinners were very good and tasty. All the personnel is so nice. U would definitively recommend staying few days in Munduk Moding Plantation during your trip in Bali.

A Little Taste of Heaven.
My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Munduk Moding Plantation. We really enjoyed the Jungle Villa. The entire staff made our stay even better. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and it will alway be one to remember. She enjoyed her morning swim in our private pool, the afternoon tea, and the excellent food options. Also, the ladies in the spa were so delightful. We are already planning a return trip in July 2023.

This is the gazebo where we celebrate d my wife’s birthday. So beautiful.
If you do not want to walk, there is a cart that will take you anywhere on the property.

Can't say enough about the staff at Munduk Moding and the incredible service we received here. Gargita was our private butler, and not only was he responsive and so accommodating, but he went over and above his duties to drive us to dinner personally one night when we decided we wanted to get off property at the last minute. Everyone is so kind and friendly, and it was just unbelievable. The grounds are incredible, everything is perfectly kept, and we LOVED the pool villa. Cannot overstate how much I'd recommend staying here on a visit to Bali!

Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!

Exceptional staff!
The highlight of our trip were the people who worked at Munduk! The beautiful pool, coffee plantation tour, large rooms and nighttime music + bonfires were the cherry on top! The staff is exception from the grounds crew to the cleaning staff to the restaurant waiters. Do yourself a favor and chat with the amazing and friendly staff to get the full Bali experience! Thank you / Suksma Tuta, Supriawan, Kariasa, Su su (sumadi), Dipa, Chef Sri, Leo, Murda, Aditya, Anggun (Jo Jo), Irvan, Ariawan, Wira, the entire front desk team and anyone else at Munduk we might have missed!

Delightful location high up in the mountain in a coffee plantation. They treated us like queens. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 friends had knee issues and they would promptly come pick them up on a golf cart. We sat in the hot tub above the infinity pool looking across the stunning panoramic view and pressed a button and were promptly served. They served the best seat in the house for us at the restaurant with a reserved sign at each meal. The massages were outstanding, and our rooms were fabulous. Felt like royalty. The staff are so friendly, remembered us by name and so accommodating. Would definitely go back if I was ever in Bali again. An outstanding experience.

Bästa hotellet vi har bott på. Fantastisk miljö där man bor i jättefina rum med utsikt över kaffeplantagen. Känns som att man bor mitt ute i regnskogen. Väldigt god mat och superbra service. Vår bokade taxi dök inte upp morgonen vi skulle lämna hotellet och då fixade dom en ny på bara några minuter för ett bättre pris trots att klockan var 6 på morgonen. Dom var duktiga och lyckades fånga upp att vi var där för att fira vår femårsdag och bjöd då på efterrätt och fixade till en fin hälsning i vårt rum med blommor och choklad. Överlag kändes dom väldigt genuina och omtänksamma. Finns mycket att se och göra bara på hotellområdet och dom har också bra utbud på utflykter i närområdet inklusive olika vattenfall. Spat var också super. Vi gjorde även en tur runt kaffeplantagen och fick lära oss kaffeprocessen. Kändes betydligt mer äkta och bättre än turistfällorna kring Ubud. Skulle definitivt rekommendera detta boende om man vill komma till en häftig och lugn oas av lyx borta från kaoset i turistorterna.
