Staying at Gleann an Ronnaich proved one of then highlights of my extended time in Scotland. The extra special touches made such a difference - a face-washer and shaving cream in the bathroom, very comfortable room & lounge area topped off by exquisitely crafted and cooked hot breakfast. Nothing seemed too much for the hosts, and close to town (Portree) too. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely 2 night stay here during our 1st visit to Skye. We were very late for check in due to a flat tire on the way from Edinburgh but the owner was kind enough to leave us a key taped to the front door. Our room was adorable and cozy and very clean. He had provided many extras such as toiletries like toothpaste and mouthwash, a refrigerator outside the room, robes, extra blankets. The bed was very comfortable and warm. He is a chef and our 2 breakfasts were excellent. It was the best porridge I have ever had! The meal room was lovely snd sunny in a glass atrium. He was helpful with driving tips and other info about the area. The sunrise from our room was glorious as well! We had a wonderful, but too brief, stay on Skye!

This B&B is comfortable, clean and very well stocked. The host thought of every little detail, from drinks and snacks, to extra mini fridge to store our food, to electric blanket and heater in the room for cold nights (which we did not need to use because the rooms were cozy). We had wonderful breakfasts every morning, from full Scottish, to porridge, to fully stocked fridge with fresh fruits, yogurts and cheeses. Stewart is delightful to talk to over breakfast, full of local knowledge and open to share his insights in regards to farming, fisheries, dining and touring highlights. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Very enjoyable stay. Had a good sized bedroom, ample storage and seating for two, optional eating in room with utensils provided including use of a microwave. Bed large and comfortable. Amazing breakfast selection- cereals, fresh and dried fruits, juices, jams, every tea imaginable and freshly cooked breakfast by our host Stuart who was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this B&B to all travelers.

I loved staying at this B&B! The room and shared spaces were clean, comfortable, and homely to get back to after long days exploring Skye. Stuart and William were so welcoming and incredibly generous with their time and suggestions of places to visit. There is real care and attention to welcoming guests and ensuring they enjoy both their stay at the B&B, and also enjoy time on the island itself - their knowledge is second to none. If I visit Skye again, which I very much hope to do, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful experience with Stuart & William. Best breakfast ever in B&B. Bonus, Stuart did our laundry(small fee) which allowed us to enjoy the wonders and scenery of Scotland. Room was spacious and spotless. Great central location for a visit to the Isle of Skye. Stuart was a wealth of information.
