We were supposed to check in at 1pm and room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm. Owner was not there and the wife was not working. I need WiFi since I work remotely and it kept going out every few minutes. We did not end up checking in. I tried multiple times to get ahold of owner and she didn’t answer until hours later. I asked for the cancellation policy which was not available online and wanted to cancel my reservation because I was unhappy with the service and lack of communication. She was not friendly and refused to refund any part of our reservation. We did not stay here and ended up renting another place. I would like to receive a refund for lack of service and poor communication. It was not a clean facility, WiFi didn’t work, and the owner was not accommodating. Very displeased with this experience
