Great location!
This hotel is extremely well located! Near all public transportation and an easy walk to the Gothic Quarter. The service and staff were top notch .. extremely friendly and helpful. They have a very good breakfast buffet. Our room was quite small, but everything was very clean. I would recommend this hotel if you want reliable simplicity!!

The management & staff were excellent & could put a 5* hotel to shame from our experience. Breakfast was fantastic, so much on offer, all very fresh, tables, chairs & placemats were cleaned after every person which we felt was so nice. The executive room is beautiful. The other rooms are very small. Elevator is pitch black almost when you enter it. I saw a customer smack right into a glass door in the front and the front desk didn’t even apologize. It was quite strange. The staff is not great, a new trainee that works there decided to involve herself in something she had no business being in. It was just uncomfortable experience overall.

Great little hotel. Front desk was super nice and checked us into our room early so we could rest. The rooms were clean, quiet and had everything that was needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of places. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of good fresh items.
