1月初旬に宿泊したが、スタッフ不足のためか、込みのはずが朝食は無し、掃除も依頼しないと3日に1回。 まだ正常な運営は出来ていない。

ホテルが悪いのではなく、エクスペディアが悪いと思います。責任を取ることはないでしょう。 こちらの被害をホテルの責任にすると思われます。 予約完了してからのクローズしてたってエクスペディアはどう対処するか見ものです。
