Town centre stay
This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, and it's always good to have a walk in shower. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlo with plenty of choice for bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel, staff friendly & helpful! But, from reception, which is modern & fresh, as you head to your room it starts to look tired! The room was ok, but tired, window did not open, so very warm. Bed a bit soft, seen better days!! Very reasonably priced though & in a good position

2/10 Poor

I wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me to
Check in was terrible. The staff member couldn’t tell me where to park as the car park was full. I went down after check in and asked what they had on the menu but she didn’t seem bothered! I ended up going across the road to a sweet shop and had a packet of crisps and an oasis for dinner. Breakfast was awful too!!
Jon, 1-night trip

Well worth it.
We only had fleeting visit, just an overnight stay but everything was just what we needed. The hotel could not be more centrally located. It was clean and tidy and the bedroom was spacious enough. We used the hotel's underground carpark which was a real bonus. The staff were very lovely and made us feel very welcome. Lastly, the cost was very low for a place this nice.
