Nice staff, dated hotel.
Amazing staff, great location. But: Was not good value for money, compared to other Vietnam hotels. Very dated hotel, in need of update. A lot of trash around gardens. The food was very average. General style and decor of resort a bit barren and dated. Inadequate English of many staff (other than duty manager who was excellent). When I called ahead, the receptionist spoke inadequate English to guide me to how to get to the hotel. We did a cooking course that was o.k., but again minimal English so didn’t learn anything and not much of an ‘experience’. Would recommend if half the price, but at current price point there are wayyyyy better places in Mekong.

Very nice and well maintained property. Located close to the Cai be market. Beautiful views. Would be nice if the gym was indoors and the aircond is stronger

Quiet location on the Mekong River
We were here in the off season. There were only a few huts occupied, so the area was peaceful and serene. We loved sleeping under the mosquito net, which was romantic, albeit really necessary as the air outside the hut was probably teeming with insects. The food in the restaurant was disappointing, except for the breakfast. Lunch and dinner seemed to be very ordinary and over priced for what was offered. The resort is quite a way from other restaurants, although transport was available to take guests to other venues. The services offered in the spa were excellent - especially the full body massage (which was conducted in an open air pavilion surrounded by lotus covered ponds - a bit disconcerting at first, but towels were draped over the body at all times, so modesty was preserved). The resort organised a 3 hour dawn cruise of the floating markets. The resort launch was set up for the two of us to breakfast while we pottered around the Mekong. The highlight of the tour was being rowed around the islands of the Mekong in the peaceful morning calm.

A beautiful garden to relax
A small road in a beautiful tropical forest led us to the gate of the resort. Inside we found ponds, trees, bushes rich with flowers on our way to the reception. We got the warmest welcome, and a very detailed explanation of the resort services. We were escorted to an overwater bongallow overlooking the river. The room was of good size, the bed complete with mosquito net. The shower room has a glass wall which is also river facing, the glass is seethrough above shoulder height, so a great view of the river can be enjoyed while having a shower. From the room you can step out to your small private balcony. The river is busy with cargo ships, I loved to watch them sipping my coffee. After having seen all this we immediately decided to extend our stay with one more night. The resort also has a lovely pool surrounded with palm trees, and two overwater bungallows in a wonderful lake where foot and body massage is offered. There is a riverside restaurant as well, with nice food and a great breakfast. I can definitely recommend this resort, it's unique, beautiful, friendly. I hope I'll get the chance to visit it again.

Beautiful setting away from the crowds
Beautiful setting for a hotel among the Mekong delta waterways. You can hire a bike and cycle around the surrounding area, the gardens are amazing and they grow their own vegetables.

Surreal Beauty
The staff were very accommodating and most spoke a reasonable amount of English, which was helpful. Our room, though very small/compact was comfortable. It only lacked a closet and/or surface space for our bags. The only information that was incorrect was the amenity of a kitchen in the room, when in fact it only had a small compact fridge. The views were amazing, the food was excellent and not terribly overpriced. Their pool was lovely and the opportunity to use (free) bicycles was a great bonus to get into town (which would have otherwise been a long walk). Overall, the views could not be beat and we had a very enjoyable stay!

Great spot, horrible food, fungus smell
This hotel is located in beautiful spot next to the Mekong Rooms. Rooms are nicely designed. The swimming pool is great / Problems: Our room had not been used in a very long time and intensely smelled like fungus ; The second issue is the food. This hotel has a Soviet-style era menu with a thousand options with all food being mediocre and outrageously overpriced. Very much not recommended to eat anything at this hotel

Love its organic garden
Very nice hotel. Very large organic garden. Food at the restaurant was very good. We signed up the art class hosted by the activity manager, forgot his name, but he made our stay very pleasant, not he only thaught us how to make grasshoppers from the coconut leaves, he is very enthusiastic. He got the bikes ready for us when we decided to go bike ride to the town. He also got the fishing rods ready for us to fish from our balcony. We also learned a lot from him at the morning visit of the organic garden. The restaurant manager was also very nice and very friendly to the guests.

Mekong Riverside Resort
The Resort is lovely and the pool is fantastic. Staff are friendly and eager to accommodate any need you have. The food is very good and the breakfasts were so delicious. I loved the croissants. There are flowers everywhere inside and out. We really enjoyed the riverboat excursion the hotel booked for us. It was well worth the money and recommend it to anyone to stay there. We would go back there again and think it is a hidden gem that more people need to hear about and go there.

Lovely room, great pool. Expensive.
It was very quiet when I went in high season. Room is lovely with a balcony overlooking the Mekong Delta. Pool is superb. Food was OK. I would have expected a slightly higher level of service for the money though.

Excellent Eco hotel on Mekong
My wife and I stayed for two nights in preference to going in an overnight boat cruise on the Mekong. It was the right decision. We were able to take a two person boat trip through the island to the floating market at Cai Bai without the crowds . In addition, there are free bikes for cycling down the country lanes and into town ( the latter is not as chaotic as HCMC so was very safe). Hotel pool is excellent, meals very good especially if you eat the Vietnamese options( the set dinners are way too large, eat a la carte). There is a games area with pool, darts etc. for whiling away the time plus extensive grounds which are planted with shrubs or farmed.

Beautiful grounds
A lovely resort with beautifully kept gardens. Bungalows in the 200's back onto the river so you can spend your days watching the very varied and plentiful boats. As it is busy expect some noise from the river. the rest of the bugalows over-look a large pond. My husband spent most days fishing off the verandah near the restaurant. Staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Food is good and reasonably priced. Lots of interesting creatures around - large lizards, beautiful butterflies - and also unfortunately many small ants etc. If you don't like creep crawlies then choose somewhere else!

Fab setting simple clean rooms restaurant delicious have the elephant ear fish ! The pool was a great size staff helpful though man on reception became very thingy when I wanted a copy of room receipt. He was holding onto the bills and I just wanted to show him which bill/receipt I needed but he kept thinking I was trying to take them away i was not allowed to touch them bit strange!
