ホテル自体は値段の割りには良いでしょう。まあ普通のホテルです。ただ場所が良くない、高架下にあるため暗いイメージです。BTSの駅からも歩けば結構あります。

The first room we got was terrible with broken air con. Anyway we were offered to change to another room which was in a better condition except clogged bathroom. The staff service was okay. Worth for the price!!

It's difficult to find anything positive to say about this hotel. I was put off by having to deal with ants and 2 small cockroaches in the room on the first evening. There is a lot of noise from the trains which run every few minutes between 6am and 1am. Internet reception is very patchy and frustrating. The rooms are old and tired looking and the shower was broken and fired water in all directions.The place is cheap, but I'd recommend paying a small amount more for something better.

Surly front desk staff and spotty wifi
· We stayed at Klassique for a total of 9 nights between us during our move out of Bangkok. The hotel is a few blocks from On Nut BTS tucked under a freeway. There is local food in walking distance. Outside is a local gathering place and we could find our way to the hotel by the smell of urine. The hotel itself was an interesting mix. A fairly nice lobby with dated rooms. Our first room on the second floor had no windows and was quite small with weatherbeaten furniture. Our second room was on the fifth floor and was supposed to be the "upgrade". It was very worn, we were unable to set the AC temps and although the "upgrade", it too was small with very few surfaces to put our luggage. The front desk staff was downright surly with a weird passive aggressive attitude, we were greeted by forced smiles which accompanied uncooperative attitudes and reluctant assistance. We had a lot of luggage and when I asked the hotel for a pickup the response was, "we can't go far". I told them I was near Tesco Lotus, about 2 blocks, but they repeated, "we can't go far". I told them it wasn't far but they wouldn't help. I ended up walking to the hotel to appeal for the 2 block pickup at which time they relented. The maids and other staff is very sweet and the rooms, although old and worn, are clean. If you don't mind the strangely hostile attitude of the front desk the hotel is acceptable, but just barely.

Trying to improve
They are definitely trying to improve the hotel, but at the moment it’s not worth staying here. The location is a little far from most things except the Rod Fai Train Night Market. The staff aren’t really friendly, but they aren’t rude either. The rooms are outdated and the place does need a facelift or makeover. They were busy painting the hallways when I was there and I think once it’s been spruced up a bit, it’ll be worth it to stay here when visiting the night market.

Check-in was quick. Staff helpfulness and service was hit and miss, as they were sometimes fry, sometimes rude and dismissive... even when they forgot to provide towels. Cleanliness was okay, but the accommodation was in ailing shape—the bathroom door was permanently ajar, lights were dim, no phone (when the desk advised me to use it), and the shower head and bathroom was a bit grimy.

Great value for the price!
We arrived here after a two day stay in an air bnb not to far from here. Initially we wanted to pick a location near the BTS and some places we wanted to visit nearby. We arrived early via BTS with our luggage and walked about 15 minutes to the hotel which is near the end of a road near an overpass (we had trouble at first). They were able to accommodate us leaving our bags while we went to get some snacks at the 7-11 which is conveniently around 10 minutes away and fully stocked. We were able to check in early and happy to see the room was great. We had seen some reviews prior to booking that made us worry but we had no issues. Everything worked in the room and the bed was clean and comfortable. They even included a coffee maker along with water bottles that are restocked daily. Our room was close to the overpass but we did not find any noise issues and slept through the night. We unfortunately weren’t able to take advantage of the tuk tuk rides to the BTS station but were glad to see they were an option. Overall I think this is a great value considering the price per night and proximity to BTS and local food markets near the station. We will likely come back here again during our next stay in Bangkok and recommend it to those who are on the fence about visiting.
