Disappointed
The check in process was slow and only one person to deal with many guests. Our room was warm and after several complaints with no resolution, we just opened the window and had to deal with the mosquitoes. Then, the paid for shuttle service dropped us off at the wrong side of the train terminal with all of our bags and we had to walk almost a half of a mile to get to the correct area of the station.

Although there is a water taxi stop literally in front of the hotel, it was a bit time consuming to reach hotel by public water taxi due to construction. Not a lot of food options. Very nice to walk around and half way point to Burano. Check in staff were okay even though fully staff not much help. Mattress was not too comfortable but bathroom was a great size with strong shower head water flow.

Great Hotel in a beautiful place.
We stayed at the Hyatt Centric foe our last night in Italy. We were worried about the water taxi to and from. We emailed ahead and the staff told us exactly which water taxi to take and what connections to make. They also helped us figure out our water taxi out. They went out of their way to help us. We had dinner at the restaurant and had a another amazing glass of wine at the bar! Would very much recommend staying here.

Decent stay but great for Murano
We loved staying in Murano after 4 nights in busy Venice. It was quiet and relaxing. This hotel has some quirks (bed was not super comfortable, AC didn’t work very well) but overall I would still recommend it. It seemed like one of the better options on Murano and the location was fantastic. We had experience with one person at the front desk who was quite unhelpful but then Gloria was very helpful afterwards.
