Location was OK although most of the action has move further South but it was safe. Arrival was confusing, they have a valet area but if you have luggage from a Taxi/Uber the proper entrance is round the corner so some proper signage needs adding. Lobby could be stunning and grand but it is overlit and rather stark, its a lovely building totally under presented which is a real shame, it could be a rather nice hub/heart of the hotel with better lighting/seating/flowers. Room was a good size and more than acceptable with a nice comfortable bed and good bedding. Air-con worked well and the bathroom was a good size although a modernisation and addition of a walk-in shower would be a good improvement. The Dan is the dining option, breakfast was acceptable but limited in menu choice and rather quiet but that could be the pricing which was pretty high. I think there are better choices in Tampa, we would in future stay elsewhere.

Air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable, the room was larger than I thought it would be. The entire stay was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and very fast. The location was fantastic, easy to walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants. The river was very close and easy to walk to. Overall I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.
