A very good hotel
My second time staying here. The location is very good. Close to serveral metro stations. Room size is good and lots of hot water in the shower. There is a frdige in the room which is a must for me. Beds and pillows are comfortable. There is a 7/11 just outside the hotel open 24/7. A quiet hotel, so sleep is good. I would stay here again.

Super convenient to all modes of transport options, eateries, shopping. The Grill room on 1/f serves breakfast with free tea and coffee refills. Great deal. At night they have live guitar music performance which is rare to find in HK now.

Central location for self touring
The main thing we appreciated was the easy access to downtown Kowloon. Transportation to all parts of the city was less than two blocks away. Temple Street market was a three block walk. Star ferry was a short ride on bus number one o six. Plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby.

Average accomodation, not clean , mould in bathroom from no ventilation. not very friendly like all other hotels on trip . Last morning i was in bed abt to get up and the painting above bed fell and hit me on head and scratched arm .. i alerted staff and front desk , no apology and didnt seemed bothered .. enough said !

Nice location about 15 min walk from the major shopping/dining districts in TST and Mong Kok. However hotel/rooms are fairly dilapidated and my room had a noticeable cigarette smoke aroma, which meant I had to run the noisy AC at night while in bed, (otherwise I felt like I was sitting around a campfire!) There was also no toiletries supplied (supposedly the result of some new city ordinance, or maybe just cost cutting). Thankfully an amenity kit from reception was only 20 HKD. The rooms are also quite big for HK (never mind say, Tokyo) mine had a decent view and it was below average hotel pricing for the season so I’d probably stay again (if I could get a smoke free room).

Fantastic location at a good price
Great location convenient to airport bus, MTR and restaurants. Tidying up the room could be bit better - our used plate wasn't replaced for a couple of days and the room pillows were arranged untidily everyday even though the bedsheets were made up neatly.

Perfect for what we needed-convenience, affordability and a place to sleep. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Staff efficient and friendly. No frills, but didn't need to be. This is not the place for people with more sophisticated tastes, but great if you want simplicity and reliability.

Room size and layout was very good for Hong Kong and better than more expensive hotels close by. Location is handy for buses, MTR and a host of good restaurants and eateries close by. Good value and highly recommended.

The room is much larger than ordinary Hong Kong accommodation, the bedding is clean, the water pressure is good, and above all, there is a bus and subway right in front of it, so it is a great accommodation for travelers.
