Feels very Zen, yet so Central
Really lovely place. Welcoming, clean, feels new and so quiet inside the apartments. Right by the creek, could probably catch a nice red bream or trevally by throwing a line in! Very central, can walk to stadium, town centre, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Secure parking and secure building, felt very safe staying here. Slept very well, comfortable beds and furniture. Will definitely stay here again.

I would not hesitate in recommending this as a place to stay. The staff are fantastic and responsive, the location is very handy with some good dining options on site. I found the bed a little uncomfortable the first night and asked if a mattress topper could be fitted, this was done within a few hours. I will stay here again.

Never stay at Holborn Central Townsville
Property Vine Holborn at Central, is probably the worst room that i have stayed worldwide. As a self contained apartment the draws, cutlery and cooking utensils were that old and rusted. Taps in the kitchen, and bathrooms leaked and all walls throughout the apartment were a disgrace, several lights did not work and dead insect were in most room. The couch and chairs were filled with crumbs and all ledges had dust and grime.

This was a good place to stay and super close to the football stadium. It was clean tidy and spacious. The bed however could have been much better. Not great when you hear and feel the springs when you move in bed.
