Honestly this hotel is pretty run down. Service is great they do their best and the communal areas are fine but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Staff is very good and they have decent drinks. I went for a wedding. Wedding was awesome

Food was excellent. We lost power to half of our room and it took overnight to get it fixed. They told us three times they would fix it and we had to go to the front desk in the morning where they were very rude.

The staff were excellent, the best part of the resort. There were things in our room and around the resort that weren’t great…no bulb in lamp, not always getting clean towels, strong odor in bathroom at times. Several taps not functioning in bathrooms, some restaurants closed on some days. Shuttle to towns not running unless minimum amount of people booking.

Our party of nine enjoy our stay very much. It's a lovely property with a really nice beach which is what we love. There were so many interactive options to participate in, such as bingo, ping pong, dance and yoga to list a few. The food was very good and the Japenense evening full of fun and laughs. Cannot comment on the night life as we didn't partake, but my guess is that was fun too. Afternoon pool fun and plenty of places to shade. This was my first Iberostar stay, and I would definitely consider another. Thank you to all the wonderful staff, the guys on the beach working those chairs and umbrella were AWESOME and so attentive.

Resort was perfect. Right balance between entertainment options and quiet options. Food was excellent. Entertainment staff was great! Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Front seat and concierge were super helpful. Third time at this resort. We’ve been to other all inclusive but this one wins, hands down!
