Beware
At checkout I was charged 750 baht for blue chemical stains on a pillowcase. They were barely visible and must’ve come from either the cleaning staff or from the laundry facility. It felt like a setup. Very annoying, especially since I’ve spent many trips in this hotel without problems.

Decent hotel in a convenient location, close to the market. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast options were good, offering a nice variety to start the day. However, I did experience a couple of issues during my stay. After a 26-hour journey and arriving at 2 AM, I would have appreciated a warmer and more patient welcome from the receptionist. Unfortunately, they came across as quite rude and unwilling to answer my questions, which left a disappointing first impression. Additionally, the shower temperature was inconsistent, suddenly turning scalding hot every few minutes, which was uncomfortable. Overall, it's a good hotel with potential, but a little more attention to customer service and maintenance would make a big difference.

Loved our stay! Close to lots of little restaurants and bars. Easy walking to busier areas. This is my 3rd time staying in this area of Bangkok, and its perfect. The hotel was lovely, the rooftop pool amazing, and the staff always helpful and welcoming. Will stay again!

Highly recommend.
Really a nice hotel! I have stayed here twice in the past three months. Both times for a week. All of the staff are very professional and helpful. The roof top is also very nice. The hotel has its own little neighbourhood. Close to everything you need. Nice and quiet with great wifi. We have enjoyed our stay.

It could be better having a good shower which drop up down and not from the side (Diagonal). The in door "Shoes" are the best I have had till now. They are connected for big feet and really comfortable

Friendly helpful staff. Pool is lovely , convenient location. Rooms were simple , clean . Lots of wear and tear shown on property. Only con was the noise . All of the docking for the motorized longboats are at the foot of the property so you hear the loud engines non stop and noisy bar across the street. It’s just a short walk up the beach to get to a quieter beach location . But the convenience of the location and the price point outweigh the cons. Great experience . Recommend this property .

Property adequate. Rooms kept super clean but overall felt a bit dated. Staff were all lovely. The pool was nice but not really offering any great city views. I didn't like my room view, shoved down a side wing with views 2 metres away of the next corridor and air con machines. Had to keep the curtains closed the whole time for privacy. I feel everyone was trying their best but felt like it had seen better days. Sorry.
