The room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for exploring Venice. The host was very communicative about the check in location, as well as the fact that the hot water system had broken the day before we were scheduled to arrive. We were given an option to cancel without any penalty, but decided to stay anyway. We were also allowed to check in a few hours early, which was very convenient.

Really good experience.
The experience was pretty good, I've appreciated the cleaning of the room a lot, the best part was the air conditioner that was always working even when we weren't in the room, so the temperature was always perfect and fresh. I also loved its well position, collocated in the center so all the things to see were really near and we easly could go back to the room whenever we wanted. Anyway...I enjoyed my experience and I found it really comfortable.

Struttura dalla posizione centralissima, all’arrivo si presenta con uno stile sobrio e semplice ma apparentemente ordinata. In realtà constatiamo subito sia in bagno (sia nella doccia che sulle coperte in lana in armadio) la presenza di capelli scuri (sia che io che la mia compagna siamo chiari). Oltretutto la ventola dell’aspiratore in bagno non funzionava. La notte arriva un’altra spiacevole scoperta, il letto matrimoniale in realtà è costituito da due materassi singoli affiancati (e non legati tra loro) che appena ci si sposta nel sonno scappano creando una “voragine” dentro al letto. Eppure alla prenotazione avevamo espressamente richiesto il letto matrimoniale unico ma non solo non ci era stato dato ma nemmeno ci era stato risposto. La mattina comunque abbiamo segnalato il problema e la sera al rientro in camera almeno i materassi erano legati. Permanevano però i problemi di igiene. Davvero peccato.

Ich habe lange gegoogelt, um eine Unterkunft zu finden die einigermaßen fair ist und nicht stinkt. Wer ebenfalls lange gegoogelt hat kann nun aufhören :) Die Unterkunft ist recht groß, sehr sauber und es riecht nicht. Die Lage ist klasse und man hat keine Geräusche von der „Straße“. Die Handtücher haben definitiv die Qualität des 4-Sterne-Hotels, in dem man eincheckt. Das Flughafen-Boot A hält direkt bei der Haltestelle S. Maria del Giglio. Mit diesem Hotel erhält man einmal die volle Venedig-Experience. Also volle Empfehlung für alle, die es sich leisten können und einfach ihre Ruhe haben wollen.

Très bon séjour, je recommande vivement
Arrivé l'hôtel vers 20h, le fait que la réception soit dans un autre établissement ( à 50m ) à pour moi été un plus, on a vraiment l'impression d'avoir un petit appartement sur Venise. Petit problème de chambre au début mais on nous proposé de changer et cela sans aucun problème. Notre deuxième chambre était très bien, en plus de ça localisation au centre de tout, dans une rue qui pourrait s'apparenter aux Champs-Elysées et ses boutiques de luxe! Séjour très comfortable sans problème majeur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bell'hotel a meno di 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco
Struttura carina a fianco del teatro la Fenice, dovevamo andare alla residenza Favaro invece ci hanno l'upgrade e siamo stati al teatro dell'Opera. In complesso siamo stati bene, solo la TV non funzionava benissimo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo.
