The room was clean, comfortable, attractive and peaceful. The setting was beautiful! We also had our dog with us, and she appreciated the room and the grounds! Would have given an excellent, but the negative was the door knob, which was nearly impossible to open

The place has too many maintenance issues. Door knob’s you turn up not down. Room key cards don’t work on entry doors. Ice machine out of order.

It was ok
The hotel needs a good scrubbing on the walls, elevator needs to be updated if you stayed on the second floor the button works after you press it a bunch of times. Room was ok, it served its purpose, bathroom floor cracked as well as tub floor, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, you had to flush it 3-4 times to get all waste to flush, the mattresses were old, imprinted were people have laid on, the pillows were small and lumpy, it was very hard to get comfortable, the sheets weren’t very clean I kept finding hair in them. Overall 3/10 like I said served its purpose, won’t be starting there again though.

Great hotel
Very very nice hotel. Staff was friendly, and knowledgable the hotel was perfect for doggies because they have a nice little area dogs can do their business and it was clean. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of amenities and the views are great. It was a great place to relax until we started the next leg of the trip.
