AWAKENED BY LOUD SHOUTING
The room itself was pretty good. The beds were comfortable and clean and everything else was good. The only thing that ruined my stay was the service by the staff of the hotel. I was awakened in shock as there were a bunch of drunken people screaming, shouting and banging on random doors at my Level none stop. I called in to the front desk 4 times to request for help to resolve the issue but nothing was done. The noise lasted for an hour and finally ended after a bunch of them started puking. Dear hotel, please make steps to prevent such people from disturbing your other guests

Good location and clean hotel. The building ground floor looks dingy but once you reach the hotel lobby on level 3, you will see a relatively nice and pleasant reception for check-in. Rooms are clean, well designed and comfortable. The staff at the reception are very helpful as well! Will definitely be back!

Friendly desk clerks and free water/coffee/snacks all day long help make the stay a special one. Laundry (self service), hard to find in Asia, is at the hotel as well.

Poor Sound-Proofing
Sound proofing in the room is very poor. We could hear the baby next door crying loudly every day, opening and closing of doors and conversations in the hallway. Hotel staffs were friendly though.

Eco but not saving
No towel supplied. They said the rules has been changed since last year but not mentioned. The description on their table says” charging for cleaning of towels” means there supposed to be at least a bath towel in the beginning. Even it’s Eco Friendly but no towel supplied is just way too far.
