    The room was HUGE. It was basically a full sized city apartment. Had everything you needed and a huge bed too. Parking was in a garage underneath, but getting the keys was a bit of an issue. There's no waiting bay to park while checking in and out, so people park in front of the garage entrance/exit, blocking other guests in and out of the car park. Some people even leave their cars in this area for longer periods with minimal space to enter and exit past. Staff need to police this more. And there is only a limited amount of parking, so book in advance, and some spaces are really tight to get into. Staff should ask people with smaller cars to use certain spaces so larger vehicles can fit in too.

    I really liked the location - 3 mins walk to Salamanca, via St David's Park. Bed was a little bit hard but that's a personal preference thing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Facilities were great, staff friendly, unit was spacious. Bathroom could of been cleaner. Took 5 days of a 8 night stay to service the room and had to chase them.
