This was the cleanest and best appointment holiday apartment I’ve ever stayed at - the whole place was spotless - both inside the apartment and also in common areas like the pool. There was ample parking in the basement area. The walk to the township of Paihia was along the sea-shore and was very pleasant, and close to the ferry terminal where we caught the ferry to Russell.

We stayed in an oceanfront apartment, it was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and towels were luxurious. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Parking is included and there was a washer and dryer.
