Disappointing for Handicap People
The stay was fine. The checkin was disappointing, but no fault to Best Western apparently. I booked through Hotel.com and requested a first floor room because my mom uses a walker. When I arrived the checkin person said there were no first floor rooms available. I was quite surprised. I had to try and get her to walk up the steps. There of course are no refunds as I would have never stayed here due to no first floor or elevators. There is some disconnect somewhere when the motel/third party apps don’t accommodate handicap people.

Place was nice and clean and quiet. Only disappointment was jumping in the shower at 5 am only to find the body wash and shampoo dispenser were completely empty. On the bright side, the conditioner dispenser was full:)

Staff is friendly, breakfast was nice to have, room was clean & bed was cumfy. I stayed wed-sat and tho is not at fault of the motel, I was woke up one night by a woman sitting on the stairs having a very loud phone conversation.

UNDISCLOSED $200 DEPOSIT
The hotel was nice & clean
I really didn't like the fact that there was a $200 deposit which is NOT stated anywhere suring the booking. I have had to pay a deposit at other establishments no where near $200 and it was noted during booking.
