I can really recommend this hotel for the value of money. The room was clean, the breakfast was ok, the staff was very helpful and the location was really good near to underground and a mini shopping center with Burger King Lidl etc. The underground is for victoria line which takes you to central of london and also trains directly to Stansted. When I wil go back to London I will definetely try to book this hotel again.

Lack of communication and operations management

Very convoluted process of communication between this service and the hotel. i tried to shift the start of my stay one day later and they said there were no rooms available even though i had reserved a room for that time and to go through Hotels.com to organize. Hotels didn't communicate with them at all and told me to simply handle it when i got there. They ended up giving my room away the day before and i had nowhere to stay. Awful communication between everyone involved for a very simple and common occurance.
