Durante minha estadia de cinco dias neste hotel, vivenciei diversos problemas que comprometeram significativamente minha experiência: 1. Cancelamento Indevido da Reserva: Mesmo após notificar previamente o hotel sobre minha chegada após o horário padrão de check-in, minha reserva foi cancelada. Isso resultou em uma espera de quase uma hora para resolução, demonstrando falha na comunicação e no cumprimento dos procedimentos internos. 2. Condições do Café da Manhã: Embora o café da manhã fosse variado, a apresentação de itens como calabresa frita e salsicha deixava a desejar, aparentando falta de frescor e cuidado na preparação. 3. Limpeza Inadequada do Quarto: Durante toda a estadia, a limpeza do quarto não foi realizada, mesmo com a presença de uma sacada que acumulava sujeira. No primeiro dia, ao andar descalço, percebi que meus pés ficaram sujos, evidenciando a falta de higienização adequada. 4. Problemas com os Elevadores: Os elevadores frequentemente apresentavam defeitos, causando superlotação e desconforto aos hóspedes. Diante desses pontos negativos e considerando o valor pago pela hospedagem, não pretendo retornar a este estabelecimento.

FUJA DESSE HOTEL !!!
Foi péssima. A recepção não encontrava a minha reserva no check in. Depois da reserva encontrada, que era de 5 dias, pediram pra sair do hotel porque perderam novamente e só depois de muito tempo reencontraram. Vazamentos nos banheiros, porta do guarda-roupas caiu. Telefone do quarto não funcionava. Funcionários do restaurante grosseiros.

Evitem este hotel!
Me deram um quarto em obras, faltando mobiliário e muito sujo com pó de gesso. Não queriam fazer nada além de pedir mais uma limpeza. Mas o corredor estava em obras, os quartos ao lado estavam em obra... Somente após a terceira descida até a recepção consegui falar com a gerente e só depois de brigar muito, consegui uma troca de quarto. Ou seja, havia solução, mas não queriam fazer por ser um quarto acima do que eu havia reservado. É reservei uma suíte superior... Os elevadores são insuficientea e pelo constante trabalho apresentaram defeitos e em péssimo estado de conservação. A comida demorou mais de uma hora para chegar (uma pizza de muçarela) e não estava boa. Realmente uma das piores experiências que já tive.
