Jag möttes av bra service. Det var lite tokigt precis vid ankomst med rummet jag fick då det inte var städat. Men tog hissen ner och vips blev jag uppgraderad och hade bästa rummet :) Har man anställda som inte gjort sitt arbete kan man inte hänga chefen så att säga. Han som var på plats löste det snabbt, smidigt och enkelt. Mycket bra!

trivs på detta hotell, allt är till vår belåtenhet. Vi försöker att vara tidiga till frukost eftersom det blir fort trångt vid själva buffen. Den känns rent och vi uppkattar att det inte måste städas varje dag.

Väldigt otrevlig receptions, när jag skulle checka in sa var hon otrevlig och sa att jag lika gärna kunde byta hotell. Förstörde hela kvällen

Hissarna skabbiga. Första intrycket inte bra. Duschen var jättedålig, inget tryck svårt att skölja sig. Vore bättre med två separata sängar. Toalettpappret var ett rent skämt.
