Loved it
We really like the pool at the top floor thats getting ample sunlight and water not so cold like other hotels. Breakfast was great and served until 11am if you fancy a sleep in. Thai costume photoshoot was fun and required booking beforehand, like days ahead. Walkable distance to Pratunam market and Centralworld as well.

Highly recommend this accommodation, it's conveniently located and the price is reasonable with very rich and yummy breakfast provided. The staff are all friendly and speak fluent English. I'll definitely book this hotel again when visiting Bangkok.

I don't have enough words for how friendly the staff are. They are ready to help at all times. Especially the baggy car services are never tiring for the guests. The breakfast is excellent and a variety of choices but all are tasty. I will be back at this hotel in the future.

I loved staying at the Vince Hotel! Staff is very kind and helpful, lots of free activities such as massages, free popcorn, water and juice in the lobby, photoshoot in traditional Thai outfits, and complimentary fried chicken! The room was spacious with cute decor. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety! Even some beautifully plated dishes too. Would recommend staying here!

Worst soundproof, dirty AC
Worst soundproof - I can hear every single word from the people next door. If I could speak Thai I can definitely retell the whole story. One day I even heard the cleaning ladies talking loudly with lots of laughter. It’s improved after talking to the customer service. Poor setting of air conditioning - it triggers my nasal allergy so badly i can’t breathe well at night. I’m unsure if it’s simply because the hotel never clean the filter, or the AC is not set properly in the way that the cold air blows right on my head no matter how I switch it. The staff in concierge is nice that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Strongly NOT suggested for anyone unless you really have a super tight budget in the peak season.
