Amazing hotel
The room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, I was amazed by the speaker in the bathroom which allowed us to listen to music in the shower! Shoe box with drills
Like sleeping in a shoe box with someone drilling over your head. Room has no windows (and not communicated while reserving) and the workers start drilling over you in the morning, so no way to sleep. Awful experience, not what would you expect from Hilton.

Great family hotel
Great hotel, very clean & modern, very handy connecting family rooms. Breakfast was a really good choice. The staff were wonderful, very child friendly, special thanks to the three ladies on reception who went the extra mile with our little girl. The only downside was the building work which was right outside the hotel window. It was SO loud, and nearly caused us to change hotel. I would not have booked this hotel had I known this was the case, and it was not detailed on the current hotel description which I think it needs to be.

A good Hilton property. Nothing flashy or exceptional in the physical facilities. Rooms small (but it's Europe!). Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is perfect for accessing sites- an average 30 min walk to sites and right by the riverwalk and the Eye. Close to the Borough Market for restaurants. Finally, John at the concierge was absolutely fabulous with his recommendations and overall guidance. Great guy. Others at the concierge need training from him!
