Good location hotel clean, tidy and comfortable. Food appalling and the main reason for the score. A captive audience most of who will be onetime stayers doesn't give reason to. offer such basic, poorly cooked food especially at the price The vast majority of foods clearly bought in frozen/pre cooked. Slow cooked ribs chips & coleslaw. Ribs - very small portion, over cooked, , sauce chemical tasting, chips warm & limp, coleslaw warm (probably sat under the hot lights - while the rest of the food went cold) was just limp grated cabbage & carrot - no dressing that really isn't coleslawTwo other dishes equally as bad. OK so not staying for the food but at over £80 for three people two mains one starter & chips ( child) one pint larger, one glass of wine one soft drink - really taking customers for a ride on the food front

We had a great stay, it was so close to the airport. The morning went so smoothly from them scheduling a taxi for us to checking out online. 5 minute drive to the airport…we went from their front door and through security in 30 minutes!! We would love to have the chance to stay here again.

Great stay.
Lovely modern hotel. Staff brilliant. Bar, dining room and room to move. Not far from Heathrow. Buses and Shuttle available as Taxis not keen on the short trip it seems. Really good stay. PS great cooked breakfast.
