Lo que no me gustó que te ofrezcan en este caso en hoteles.com desayuno para 4 personas que cuando llegas a hacer check in te dicen que es solo para dos y al final solo te hacen válido un cupón de $260 pesos es decir lo equivalente al desayuno de solo 1 persona, tuve que pagar al final los otros 3 desayunos.

Eramos varias habitaciones y todas tenían tema, el peor de todas con el agua caliente, eso podría ser lo menos, lo peor es cuando alguien le jaló al baño y se estaban bañando y empezó a salir popó por el desagüe de la regadera.

Gran lugar
El hotel es muy bonito, tiene vistas increíbles. El buffet de desayuno muy rico y con muchas opciones. El personal es muy amable y atentos. Hay mucha leña en la habitación para la chimenea, es un gran lugar para descansar y relajarse. En general todo está en muy bien estado, menos las fundas de almohadas y toallas de baño que están ya muy deterioradas. Fuera de eso todo está perfecto!
