DISAPPOINTING
This hotel is advertise as a 5 star Hotel. People live in this hotel as their home. I was told to go look at room to see if I like it. Then after you swipe your card, then they tell you, if this happen or that happens you will be charged. I bed look like a fold up bed, no carpet in the rooms. the blanket was paper thin.NO Housekeeping Services, you had to use the same towels all weekend. I went and brought LYSOL to spray done everything in this room. The staff at desk act of thou they don't know what to do and they act like they don't know what's on when you ask a question. I only stayed there because I came to VA for an important event. It was too late to find another hotel. THIS IS A WELFARE HOTEL. IF you like the finer things in life don't stay at this HOTEL.

Is this really a hotel? It felt like a Military barracks or low income housing. My room had bugs. The light in the bathroom didn't work. There was no TV remote. 1 towel and a half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The Bed was a joke. Some drunk above me was partying until 2am. Some tweaker was roaming th hallway all night and going in and out of his room every 5 minutes.

The place was dirty, service is non existent, had to borrow vacuum to clean the room, however I found strange that the room was not clean and the bed was full of hair bu the bathroom was really clean. Check in was suppose to be at 3:00pm. Could not get in until 5:30pm… late for a function because we couldn’t get into our rooms. The lady at the front desk had to come and let us in. Then when we returned at 12:30am we was still stuck waiting for them to come and let us in.
