Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin.

Good amenities that works very well for solo travelers. Towels refreshed daily; toothbrushes provided; body wash, shampoo, facial foam provided; and self service washer dryer available for 500 yen only. You just need to bring a few clothes, wash them every 3 days or so and you're set.

I know a few Japanese phrases but struggled with communication & assistance as staff had basically no English (realise my knowing more Japanese would help). Could not check in even a little early but overall good. Very quiet for a pod hotel & spa was lovely.
