Ran down hotel in the middle of nowhere

Really disappointed in my stay. We ended up checking out the same night. Walls are filthy, sheets dirty. The first room we were assigned had wet floors from the AC. The next room they moved us too was not better. This isn’t a luxury hotel

Every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel right at home. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always available to assist with any needs during my stay. The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep each night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-quality toiletries and a refreshing rain shower. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. A great variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits to pastries and hot dishes, all served in a beautiful dining area. It really set the tone for a great start to the day. Superou minhas expectativas, confesso que fui com um pouco de receio pois li algumas avaliações que não eram muito boas, mas tivemos uma ótima experiência, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, café da manhã bem gostoso!!! Não tem frigobar no quarto, tem que beber água quente, tivemos que trocar de quarto pq o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, cheio de mofo, o colchão é horrível muito mole para quem tem problema de coluna é horrível quem não tem problema de coluna sai com dor nas costas, não recomendo só por causa dessas coisas o café da manhã é bom os funcionários são muito simpáticos mais o hotel não tem uma instrutora boa só na aparência quando entra na faxada

Ruim. As fotos do hotel não correspondem ao que encontramos no local durante a estadia. Pontos fracos: Quarto escuro, camas e travesseiros desconfortáveis, ausência de frigobar, mofos por todo o teto do quarto. Ponto forte: Atendentes educados e solícitos, hotel localizado no centro da cidade, o que possibilita ir para os pontos turísticos pagando pouco tanto de taxi, quanto de Uber. Importante informar que o café da manhã é ok, porém no último dia da estadia, com o hotel mais cheio, faltaram vários itens do buffett com 30 minutos para o final do período do café.

Esse hotel foi umas das opções que apareceu para os dias que precisava, vi muitos comentários ruins mas decidi da um voto de confiança pois alguns elogiaram, o checkin demorou mt l, tive q pagar pra guardar as malas, o quarto com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado quebrado, não tem frigobar, cobertor sujo pedi para trocar e não fui atendida, me trocaram de quarto, para um inferior doq eu paguei, com cama ruim pois juraram duas de solteiro com colchões de alturas diferentes muito desconfortáveis, o banheiro o ralo entupido tinha q tomar banho com a água que vinha no calcanhar, o café da manhã não tinha nada de mais, os dois dias do mesmo jeito e com suco em pó. Esperava mais
