Service was great, rooms spacious and very friendly staff. Despite the fact that food offer in the lounge is limited, I would recommend. Lounge includes 2pcs / per pers / day of laundry to be washed. Overall a great base for Family Tourism
The Lancaster was a great base for our family trip to Bangkok. It's not in the perfect location for seeing all the sights but it is a good one - very near to Petchaburi station on the MRT blue line which went to all the major locations and we managed to see everything we wanted to from this location The only critical I have is that the family room while spacious, was let down by the glass positions between the rooms - that means if you have small kids like us you essentially have to sit in the dark while the kids get to sleep, or have them go to sleep in light. Not ideal. Otherwise we were very happy with the Lancaster, we ate there one night too and the Thai food was good, the pizza for the kids was a little undercooked on the bottom.
