Ya les comenté en el correo que no me respetaron la reservación y me tuve que trasladar a otra ciudad. Estoy muy molesto por la falta de compromiso y seriedad en las reservaciones espero que me regresen el pago que cobraron por adelantado para eso si son buenos, y no para hacer que se pueda uno confiar en sus servicios.

Estoy confundida y molesta ya que el personal de AUTO HOTEL PUENTE GRANDE se puso muy pesado al notificarles que tenía una reservación, me comentaron que no trabajaban con aplicaciones hasta que les mostré mi reservación en mi app, asimismo me cobraron de más en la tarifa que me aparecía, he usado esta app y me encanta porque es muy cómoda pero es una terrible experiencia este lugar, me cobraron un impuesto del IVA al cual nunca me habían cobrado en otro establecimiento y a parte me hicieron pagar una tarifa en EFECTIVO, pero n pago con tarjeta me cobraron 403.00 pesos, y en efectivo para completar la tarifa de 520.00.
