Nice apartment but could be improved.
I stayed at Apartment 10 just off Wenseclas Sq. The apartment is well renovated with OK decor (think reasonable IKEA). Kitchen was good, bed was comfortable and there is plenty of space. Registration is terrible, we were told you only have a 2 h window 3-5 pm to check in and when we went before that the office was locked, not sure where the 24 h service is? Also, when you ask questions they do not get back to you. Apartment is a 15 minute walk from the registration desk, then a four flight walk up stairs, so this is not for the old or unfit. I thought I signed for a room with AC, but apparently not and when I called reception they thought that was correct and then changed their mind. It was very hot in the apartment and we had one ineffective fan for cooling. I did ask for more but was told they could not be supplied. Also you do not want to leave the windows open as it is noisy at night despite us being warned we were in a residential area and to be quiet. Also to reach the apartment you have to walk past some totally nude bars and clubs where there are always people around. It did not feel unsafe but not for the sensitive. Overall a nice apartment for the winter but I would not stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay in Prague. The apartment was lovely and spacious, very impressed. Some noise from the neighbours (DIY and hoovering) late at night which wasn't great but no complaints about our apartment.

Nice place, centrally located. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The wifi was fast enough for streaming. Overall good experience, and I would stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was gorgeous -- sparkling clean and spacious. There was everything and more there for us. The drawback was that we had to drag our bags from the train station to the office and then to our apartment quite a way on the cobble stone sidewalks. Then to climb with the heavy suitcases up many stairs. We were told it was the second floor but in reality it was much higher because the building was an old type dating back to the good old times when they built apartments with four meters high ceilings. But after seeing the apartment, we felt much better and decided not to make it an issue. It might be an issue for the eldery people as well as handicapped. That's why I mention this here.

Stay Elsewhere!
First, the good. This is a spacious, modern apartment. Now, the bad. After a 15 minute walk on a hot day from the registration desk, then a four flight walk up stairs, the room was over 85 degrees. After a call to the manager, she said I signed up for room with no AC. I showed her three places on the website where it said there was AC. She finally admitted that there was a 'mistake' on the website. OK, no problem, we will sleep with the windows open. Unfortunately, the block where the apartment is located is very sketchy and has several totally nude bars and there were people outside these bars until 6 in the morning. Very loud, no sleep! I waited a few days to make my review to check the website but it still says AC. Obviously, not a 'mistake'. By the way, the shower is worthless, water spraying everywhere except on you. There are hundreds of better places to stay in Prague! Hundreds!

Modern apartment that accommodates 7 people very well, would be difficult to use if you have mobility issues due to the stairs but was a nice and clean place overall.
