Great B&B
What a wonderful bed and breakfast! Heidi was such a sweat heart, after we arrived with our luggage and clothes drenched wet from a leaky trunk in our convertible, she washed and dried them ready for us in the am! Paul kindly covered our car when it started to rain and we were touring the town. Sensational breakfast and clean well appointed room. Thank you, Heidi and Paul!

Excellent location and friendly welcoming.
Very handy location within easy walking distance of the city centre. We stayed in room 6 which was the cosy room (loft area), the bed was very comfy and room clean having a safe and fridge inside. Plenty of tea, coffee etc condiments with biscuits. You choose your breakfast requirements the night before and it is great quality with various other options to have. Secure parking on-site. John and Heidi were very friendly and welcoming.

This is what you expect from an English B&B. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Paul was a wonderful host who was very helpful,
Great position for a walk into town past historical buildings and along the river (15 min). Both Harriet House and Canterbury are highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean room and friendly welcome
Paul and Heidi were very friendly and welcoming hosts, and when I arrived after tea time they helpfully provided some good suggestions of places nearby where I could grab something to eat.
The room and en-suite were very comfortable and clean, and there were some thoughtful items placed in the room, such as a coaster on the bedside table and fresh milk in the fridge, little things that made a difference and were much appreciated!
Breakfast was lovely and really set me up for the rest of the day, definitely recommend the pancakes!

Excellent B&B not far from the town centre
I spent a weekend at then Harriet House for the beer festival.
It was a short stay but I was very impressed by the level of service and the quality if the breakfast.
There was the usual continental buffet but it was also possible to preorder a cooked English Breakfast or pancakes or smoked salmon & scambled egg.
The room was a single, so not enourmous, but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean.
It is situated in a quiet residential street about 15 minutes from the town centre.
I would certainly return if I was in the area again.

Comfort stay
Staff are helpful and nice. Bed is very comfortable. Have three choices of cooked breakfast with continental breakfast. But the bathroom water was running slow. Only 20 mins walk to city centre.
