Change of pace and Guadalajara

I normally stay down in the historic part of the city. And wanted to explore something new. The area is modern but in great Park proximity. The hotel itself puts an enormous effort into cleanliness and upkeep. Beds are comfortable. Service was great. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel

I have stayed here for 5 trips in a row now for 3-7 night trips. Everyone here is very friendly and agreeable. The coffee service, daily waters, and and things like shoe shiner and tissue packs are appreciated. Sometimes when I arrive early they don’t have a room ready but I guess that’s a function of them being so popular as much as anything.

TERRIBLE Y PÉSIMO ES POCO

Una experiencia terrible desde el inicio desde la llegada la calidad de los cuartos los olores los baños apestaban nos recibieron terriblemente un check-in pésimamente hecho el ambiente del baño y de la habitación muy sucia se equivocaron y le dieron la habitación a otras personas y entraron cuando nosotros estábamos dormidos, el cargador de auto no servía y fue una de las razones principales por la cual nos hospedamos ahí la gente con un compromiso pésimo para atender tus solicitudes una experiencia realmente desagradable sin considerar que el hotel es extremadamente ruidoso al estar en una de las avenidas más transitadas de la ciudad pero los vidrios no bloquean nada y es como si estuviera la ventana abierta. NO LO HAGAN

I wouldn't stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for about 10 days. The online reviews seem manipulated, as the 9.4 out of 10 rating does not match my experience. Here are the positive and negative aspects I observed Positive aspects: - Room cleanliness was acceptable. - Most of the staff were friendly and attentive. - The price is affordable compared to other hotels in Guadalajara. - The hotel’s taxi service is cheaper than nearby taxi stands. Negative aspects: - My room was next to a drainage pipe, and for five nights a strong sewage odor entered the room, which was unacceptable. - The pool water was dirty, and several gym machines were broken. - To change the sheets, guests have to strip the bed and place the used sheets on a pillow, which is uncomfortable and unhygienic, increasing the risk of exposure to germs or parasites. - It seems the owner instructs staff to save costs at all times: if you ask for an extra bottle of water, some staff will give it, others will not, and some try to sell it, regardless of whether the restaurant is open. - On one occasion, I received towels with black grease stains, suggesting they were not properly cleaned. In summary: I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. The positive aspects do not outweigh the many deficiencies I experienced.
