The staff were not accommodating or particularly welcoming I accidentally booked a smoking room They said for 2 days they had no other room And didn’t care that we were non smokers The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work The breakfast was very average unlike other hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in Japan I would not stay here again

今回旅行の拠点として一泊させてもらいました。部屋はそれなりに綺麗にしてましたが、とにかく水廻りが最悪でした。 お風呂の内側は黒カビがびっしり、シャワーカーテンは臭い、排水口の流れが悪かったりとかなり不快でした。 また朝食をいただいたのですが、品数がかなり少なく貧相でした。味も可もなく不可もなく。 従業員の方の愛想もあまりよくありませんでした。コーヒーが飲み放題だったのはありがたかったです。 また次に泊まりたいと思えるホテルではなかったです。
