I’ll start by saying i had a private shared transfer booked to Paraty that never picked me up or answered so i ended up taking the regular bus which was super convenient, inexpensive and comfy (and most likely a much better experience than what i initially had booked). I had booked the transfer super early so that i can have a full day in Paraty but god had other plans for me. I must say if i hadn’t had the pre booked reservation at this property i would have probably canceled my trip to Paraty but luckily everything worked out. I arrived at the property by the evening and was greeted with a warm welcome by Renata, such a lovely person(just like everyone on this property). The space is beautiful and so peaceful, made me disconnect and really take time to myself. I had an economy double room which was lovely, cozy and sooo comfy. The breakfast and snacks for coffee/tea time was amazing, everything was soo delicious. Renata and Camille both helped me book excursions and answered any questions i had throughout my stay. They have a space to hold your luggage after checkout so that you can go about your day on the town, they also have a bathroom where you can freshen up when you are ready to leave. I initially booked for two nights and ended up extending one more night. I hope to one day revisit this place, everyone is just soo nice 🥹❤️

Foi incrível e positivamente surpreendente ficar hospedado no Hotel Carpe Diem. Um amor de lugar, com uma recepção calorosa da querida Renata! O estabelecimento é lindo e completamente alinhado à proposta pitoresca de Paraty. Quando chegamos, tinha até um bolinho quentinho saindo do forno com café. Também nos ajudaram com a reserva de passeios. O café da manhã é delicioso e impecável. Amei e vou voltar com certeza!

O atendimento das meninas Renata e Camila eh o grande diferencial. Elas fazem tudo para que vc tenha uma boa estadia. O café da manhã é surpreendente. Como sou muito exigente, acho que poderiam melhorar os travesseiros e sabonetes. A piscina parece maior na foto e passa a ser pequena, qdo a pousada está cheia.

Estadia muito boa. Café da manhã com a variedade adequada e com opções a la carte de diferentes preparos de ovos e tapiocas. Localização excelente. Perto do centro histórico mas sem ficar no meio da muvuca. Pessoal da recepção e demais funcionários sempre gentis e atenciosos. Quarto com bom tamanho. Banheiro idem e chuveiro com boa pressão de água. Uma excelente opção de estadia em Paraty. Tenho sugestões de melhorias referentes a acessibilidade, do ventilador quebrado na área de convivência e na pintura do teto/gesso do quarto que precisa ser retocada. No geral uma excelente opção de estadia em Paraty. Recomendo muito.
