Hotel burned down, still took reservation
We never stayed, this hotel is closed, burned by fire! Yet, you still take reservations for the property?? Shame on you and them! I spent two hours on the phone with you to get moved somewhere else, sitting in a dark parking lot! Not happy at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE
DO NOT STAY HERE! Owner was completely horrible!! Charged an additional $150 security deposit upfront then came up with any and every excuse to not refund the deposit. Also charged an additional $10 per day per person for people who just visited in our room, not guests who were staying overnight just friends that came by. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to us our whole stay!! Even the housekeeper was extremely rude to us as we were trying to load our bags to leave saying she didn’t have time to be waiting on us to get the hell out of the room (even though it was an hour before checkout time). The rooms are only mediocre at best and that’s being generous, it’s old and needs updating and it’s age shows. Lumpy beds, stained walls, horrible worn out sheets with holes! Absolutely hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and I travel 90% of the year for work. Stay anywhere else but here!!

Just an okay property. Nothing special about hotel. Felt safe and food was close around. Would stay again if the prices stay competitive. Would prefer indoor hotel but for outside hotel entrance rooms, it's fair.

Booked through Expedia. $120 for 2 nights. Got to hotel and he says we need $150 deposit as well. Well I don’t have money like that and that $120 was nearly all I had so I couldn’t even stay in a room that I paid for and they won’t give me a refund. I think it’s garbage that they can even do that. I will give bad reviews to anyone that ask and I work in one of the other hotels in town so I get asked a lot.

I would like to say firstly I’m a nurse. I stayed at this property 7/18/2020 . On 7/19/2020 I booked thru Expedia to stay at the OYO hotel. At approximately 1135 I was informed to go to the office bc I should’ve paid them cash instead expedia and then was told I had to leave the property and come back 4pm to check. I asked if I could have a refund from property or expedia so I could get another room somewhere else I was then told I could pay an additional $30 to check in early. I then informed both properties that I was nurse and I needed to rest because I had to work tonight and yet I was denied Expedia’s manger was nonchalant and treated me terribly but he made sure to inform me that I couldn’t a receive my refund!! I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with how I was treated!
