Beautiful stay in great location
Super friendly staff and service, lovely breakfast buffet in a beautiful location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location to walk to sights, Khaosan Road and the river to catch the boat. Und unlike most hotels in Thailand, they had a water refill station so you didn't have to buy bottles/produce so much rubbish.

Staff is very helpful, polite and professional. Room is very clean. Housekeeping is very helpful. Beverage : when having tea being served on the rooftop bar. Tea should be a better quality or special brand since the profile of hotel is good. Price is high 110 baht for a simple tea. I do not mind paying even higher price for a rare and social one. Otherwise staff here really make big difference and represent the hotel very well.

Very good hotel in a perfect section of the city for tourist. Our BIG complaint was only about the 3rd person had a $$60 per night up charge which would be acceptable except for the $60 you get a roll away cement salad from a bed. Without question the hardest 2 nights sleep and being no Matter how we trued modifying the hardness the bed was simply awful. Wonderful staff at what could have been a much better score had the roll away bed simply just been hard and not like sleeping on the sidewalk.

Lovely boutique style hotel by one of the larger canals. Clean fresh and modern but with a nice Thai traditional style as well. Breakfast was great overlooking the canal and the giant catfish and 2-3m long monitor lizards swimming there.

The hotel was nice and clean. Modern amenities and near to all the tourist attractions. Hotel is located near the old downtown, close to the tourist sites, but not as nice an area as the more modern Bangkok neighborhoods. Still, the area is very safe. Staff very friendly, especially Ms. Bento who was awesome.
