2/10 Poor

My room was 13 degrees Celsius all evening with the heat turned as high as it could go. Our sleeping conditions were terrible. We woke up in the morning to a very cold 12 degree Celsius room.

Unbeatable views but cleanliness is a bit lacking
Feeling is quite neutral but the scenery is unbeatable. My family used to frequent in this hotel for Christmas and Easter events but kids are older now. This last stay was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. I feel the hotel needs better cleaning.

Great location
Crosswater resort itself needs updates. Customer service was great, cleanliness for the most part was good, it is not in the main building so walking from the hot tub was a bit chilly. For the most part will return once it is more organized.

This place was exactly what this tired mom needed. A lovely break with fires lit everywhere, comfy beds and pillows, excellent meals, and of course the nordic spa.
