The free to use smartphone with data and calling was a cool thing to add to the room. Laundry rates were low enough I opted out of my usual laundry routine with the shower/tub. All in all a decent place to stay.

Tourist hotel, not for business.
BLUF/TL,DR: Tourist place in great neighborhood and convenient to subway. Lousy WiFi (weird for Japan), Tiny room, Skip the Restaurant. Not for business. This hotel isn't really suitable as a business hotel, unless all you are doing is using it as a place to sleep and shower. The rooms are tiny, even by Tokyo standards (I stay at the Tokyu, Dormy, and APA hotels all the time). Unusually for Japan, the room was also very inefficiently laid out. Instead of a desk with drawers, there was a couch and a small table too small for a laptop and mouse. There were two chests of drawers, and a clothes rack too small for a week's worth of suits and shirts (shirt a day and suit every other), whereas if they had the more traditional desk and drawers with chair, they could have easily had more room for a larger rack. Also, there was an inexplicable second sliding door into the bathroom, where if the wall had been solid they could have had side-hanger rack on it. Lighting was poor, and the clothes rack obstructed the chain for the blinds on one of the windows. Bathroom was functional and clean, with good fixtures. Bed was too soft for my liking. As with everywhere in Japan, it was immaculately clean, although someone on our floor was smoking, despite the hotel being a non-smoking hotel. The very polite staff were unable to address the issue. Unusually for Japan, the wifi was slow (9Mbps down, 3Mbps up) and unreliable.

Great place to stay in tokyo
Great hotel, staff and location. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and size of room was decent. The only downsides to this hotel is the cost of laundry services and finding a way to find a large luggage bag (had to place mine under the desk). This was not because the room was on the smaller side but because of the placement of furniture.

Free smartphone, order-made breakfast, soft bed
The bed is soft and a bit smaller. If you don't like soft beds, it may not be the place for you. BUT, they give you free access to a smartphone during your stay, which is really nice. Free domestic and international phone calls was included. Breakfast is made to order, so give yourself some time in the morning to wait for it to be made. The food is good.

Amazing hotel room.
The hotel was amazing! 11/10 would recommend. Although the room is small, the area, decor and service definitely made up for it.

I would give this one a pass.
Good location as you can easily access the subway from this hotel. Lots of restaurants in the area but it tends to be a bit noisy on a friday night. Rooms are small which is quite common in Tokyo but our room needed a deep cleaning: soiled carpets, wall stains, dirty windows and lots of dust/dirt in corners.
