Our first time in Naples and it was a memorable trip! We loved staying at this location as it was located in a very convenient spot and close to restaurants and within walking distance of many tourist sites. Maria was our favourite part of staying at this B&B. She was there whenever we needed and was so helpful with tips on navigating the city and booking our taxi and especially during breakfast time. A clean room is very important to me and I was pleasantly surprised as to how well the room was kept. We’ll definitely return to this B&B and recommend this to anyone visiting Naples!! Ciao!

Terrible experience. The host might be one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I emailed on Sept 5th to give notice of late check in on Sept 18th (we were arriving at 7:30 and check in closes at 6). I got an email back confirming our late check in and was told we didn’t have to pay the late fee if it was before 8:30. When we arrived (after a 24 hour travel day, so exhausted) the place was difficult to find (behind a shop up a few flights of stairs and no label on the door) the host was no where to be found. We rang multiple door bells and got nothing. Since we are from the US, I couldn’t use my phone without wifi if I didn’t want to rack up international charges but after 30 minutes I had to just do it and accept the fees so I could call the host. She answered and luckily agreed to come back but wow- was she MEAN. And I don’t just mean aggressive but out right mean. As i said, I arranged for late check in 2 weeks early and SHE FORGOT. Yet when she came back to let us in, she yelled at us the entire time and told me I never said we would be late and I said yes I did I sent an email and she just kept telling me no. I’m a tough gal, but she made me feel so, so terrible and I still didn’t have wifi so I couldn’t pull up the email yet to prove her wrong. Unfortunately we booked her on our way out too and she was very standoff-ish when we came back. The rooms were just ok. AC didn’t work in one, hairdryer only worked on low in the other. Don’t stay here. She’s awful.

Accoglienza assolutamente garantita. Si sono preoccupati del nostro arrivo in struttura per il check-in, rispetto all'orario di arrivo in città. Stanza pulita e ben spaziosa per una piccola famiglia di 3 persone, tra cui 1 bambino di 10 mesi. L'unica pecca è che, se si hanno tanto bagagli e sono in particolari legati ad un bambino piccolo (per esempio passeggino piccolo o grande che sia), potrebbe essere complicato riuscire a portare il tutto al piano della struttura, dato l'ascensore abbastanza piccolo. Per il resto, riferimento consigliato!

Buena Pensión Nápoles
B&B tipo pensión de España. Restaurado, habitaciones amplias y limpias como en las fotos. Bomba de aire/carlor. Toallas y geles. Desayuno justo y necesario sin lujos. La zona donde está el alojamiento es buena y no está lejos de sitios que visitar en Nápoles. También está al lado del metro y del cercanías. Y el autobús 182 que va al aeropuerto (no el Alibus) para en la misma calle, al lado de establecimiento. María, quien es quien lo lleva, es super maja y hace todo lo posible para hacerte la estancia cómoda.
